Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, our risk-free return/exchange policy allows you to return your items unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your item.

If your order is not postmarked within the applicable return window (14 days for standard orders), you will not be eligible to receive the full refund amount or an exchange.

Joy Blankets is not responsible for returned products lost in transit and we suggest you use a reliable and trackable carrier method such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. 

Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.  

Damages and issues

We strive for perfection, but we are only human. Please help protect our small business by ensuring you inspect your order when it's received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment minus the shipping cost. Please remember it can take several business days to process and post the refund.
