We want you to absolutely love your Joy Blanket.
If for any reason it isn’t the perfect fit, we’re happy to accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, simply email us at care@joyblankets.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will respond within 1 business day with simple step-by-step instructions to complete your return.
Return Eligibility
To receive a refund, returned blankets must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or we’ve made a mistake, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within a few business days after your return is received.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
The quickest way to receive your new Joy Blanket is to initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order for the item you’d like instead. This helps ensure your preferred size or color is reserved and on its way to you as soon as possible.
Once we receive and inspect your returned blanket, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
